Once the customer receives the service, he/she will have 3 working days to send an e-mail to indicate his/her dissatisfaction with the service.
At the moment Exposure Empire receives the mail, it will review the case and if any return to the customer is applicable, Exposure Empire has a period of 30 working days to make the return by the same means in which the purchase of the service was made.
